Taking Action
The direction Taking Action refers to concret real-world actions undertaken by Mircea Digulescu both alone and together or in relation with others. Stuff such as public speaking, event apperances, organizations, meetings and so on pertain to this direction.
Mircea has had ample offline, physical political activity. Up to 2024, perhaps his most notable items are:
- Attended a pro-Palestine protest in Bucharest, Romania and announces he will continue political activity, in August 2024. Link: https://mircea-digulescu-biroul-de-presa2.blogspot.com/2024/08/mircea-digulescu-greets-his-supporters.html.
- Disseminating the Defeating Imperialism: 21st Century Strategies for a Multipolar World Order to state policy makers in Russian Federation, Islamic Republic of Iran, Belarus and of course, the People's Republic of China, in 2021 from Yerevan Armenia. He also held a number of meetings where he was visited by foreign dignitaries of diplomatic rank and above (but no presidents) in Yerevan. Unfortunatelly, he went very shortly after this action on vacation for 2021.
- Speech held and disseminated in Caracas in 2020 in the context of the International Bolivarian Forum Against Imperialism (WPC2020): Mircea Digulescu - Caracas Speech 2020 - spellchecked postfactum.

He also had high-level military contacts while on that visit to Caracas. Unfortunatelly, he arrived at the begining of the 2020 vacation there, but the speech and other aspects were prepared and authored before.
- Opportunistic intelligence gathering operations while in Romania in 2013-2015. Some of results include stuff like the holding a major and highly exclusivist (20-50 people at most) conference held by the Western hegemonic elites (at the highest level: Rothschild grade, that means including highest ranking Rothschild family members), at Peles Castle in Sinaia, Romania in the autumn of 20133, which went well for them: they convinced their Romanian counterparts of whatever they needed convincing about. Another one is about a high-ranking EU leader meeting at Raddison Blu hotel in 2015. Yet another result is about a secret meeting between then-Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta and a high ranking official of the “Rosia Montana” Gold Corporation – which is a western front company ran by a former Romanian, to exploit rare minerals (eg. lithium, molbedium, etc.) and uranium reserves around the Rosia Montana mining area in Romania, under the pretext of extracting gold. He reported dully his findings to the Russian Embassy, around 2015.
- Attempt to break media blockade and feature on NasulTV national TV station on pro-Russian topics in 2014. After having personally met and discussed with the station's founder and head Radu Morar in 2014 (in a Uniti Salvam / anti-Chevron protest context), on a potential appearance by Mircea on the station to “explain why he has transmitted secret information to Russia”, in order to open up the debate on changing the political direction of Romania and improving ties with Russia, he eventually did not feature on the show, and was instead exiled from Romania two moths later.
- Intelligence cooperation with Voice of Russia's Valentin Mandrasescu in 2012-2014. In the framework of this works he has discovered a dubious relationship between high-ranking Russian Viktor Chumakov and Romanian Statesman and Foreign Intelligence (SIE) George Brailoiu (potential pro-Western activities by Viktor in conjuction with Romanian Intelligence). He of course reported his findings to the Russian Foreign Intelligence (SVR) in 2013 as well.
- Infilitration of the Uniti Salvam leader plenary gathering in 2013-2014 and Manipulating internal flow of Uniti Salvam to include call for ousting of Western puppet Train Basescu as President on the Bucharest Declaration (2014), while acting as an "agent of influence" for himself within this group. On this occassion Mircea also confirmed the pro-Western nature of Uniti Salvam leaders, that they were in fact financed and had close contacts with then-US Undersecretary of state Victoria Nuland and that they were prepared as "the political arm" of an Euromaidan scenario for Romania being prepared during those years, need be (there was no need in the end, the Romanian states-people and the Romanians gave in to full Western control without any resistance).
- Offline activism against Western puppet regime of then-Romanian president Traian Basescu in 2011-2014. This included anti-Chevron protests, anti-Basescu and anti-invalidation of Basescu ousting protests accross Romania.
- Online activism in founding own Romania Informata Facebook page, frequent pro-liberty posts and operating within pro-Russia online groups, 2012-2019. The online groups included "O Viata avem romani si o cinste.." and "Nu vrem sa luptam impotriva Rusilor". All these groups and Mircea's own Romania Informed page were closed by Facebook.
- Official Romanian Chapter Coordinator for The Zeitgeist Movement in 2010-2014. Included speaking at Z-Day 2010 and organizing Z-Day 2011 and 2012 as well as speaking there. Learned a lot about effects and how to comabat Intelligence infilitration of open dissident movements. Involvement implied both offline and online work (managing a portion of the website, attending and holding meatings on TeamSpeak, writing materials, etc.).
- Interactions with friendly-nations statesmen, at the Diplomatic level and above, in 2010-2024+. Mainly from Russia (2013-2024+), Venezuela (2019-2024+). Also selectively from People's Republic of China (2010+), Islamic Republic of Iran (2021+) and Syrian Arab Republic (2019-2021). Occasional interactions with others from Republic of Armenia and Turkmenistan. In 2016, Mircea Digulescu attended the International Association of Science and Technology Parks event (IASP2016 Moscow), along side Russian states-people and foreign dignitaries from across the world, including EU and EU Comission figures. There also he had the pleasure of being threatened by an "economic hit-man" from US Department of State, Adrian Aerlinger - a welcome recognition of Mircea Digulescu's relevance at the time.
- Interactions with economic elites, business people and Intelligence workers from Western-block state of Romania in 2009-2014. Culminated with Mircea Digulescu being exiled from Romania, Western Europe and North America as communicated by Marius Iulian in 2014.
- Interacted with other figures, including Student Groups and state stakeholders from Romania in 2010-2014 and very lightly in 2021-2022.
- Was shown interest into and paid visits by Western-block intelligence in 2021-2022. This included Romanian, Armenian and US Intelligence in 2021. In 2022, in fact the "whole of AUKUS" paid him a visit, including CIA, Australian and British Intelligence (represented by CIA1, a well spoken Oxford/Harvard male graduate) probably for risk assesment and tentatively exploring if Mircea could be coopted to "switch to western interests" while on a personal transit visit through Germany in Nov 2022. This happened during the 2022 vacation. As a result of the meeting, two days later, Mircea Digulescu got Assanged for a good number of months in Germany, before managing to resolve the matter and escape with his life - with the help of friends, old and new, no doubt. This has formed the object of a symbolic appeal to ECHR (see https://cloud.mail.ru/public/YgSP/Nsvxpyu3c).
- Continuing Political Activity, 2024+. In 2024, Mircea continued his political activity. He attended a pro-Palestine protest in Bucharest, Romania, and he organized his writing contents and (re)launched this present matsoft.ro website. Additionally he once again left the territory of the Western-block (he priorly lived about 2 years in Russia and half a year in Armenia) to better his personal security while completing the projects and initiatives described on this site.

Note that in 2004 and 2005, Mircea Digulescu also had two major natioanl Romanian TV channel appearences at NationalTV (in a documentary about himself) and at ProTV "Dynasty of Champions" (related to his olympiads in Informatics results). He was very young in both these appearences and less "aware". Nevertheless.
