Welcome to the downloads page where you can download Intellectual Property created by Mircea Digulescu. In order to access the Downloads, you need to agree that, in case you download files from any particular bundle, that you will agree and comit to the terms of the license under which that specific bundle is provided.
The Intellectual Property is organized in Bundles of one or more files. Do note that in order to be allowed to actually download or anyhow else access the Intellectual Property some bundles require that you MUST agree to enter a licesning contract with Mircea Digulescu. Where this is the case, by clicking the link below to access the actual Downloads page, you affirm and agree to enter into such a contract as specified for each bundle, in case you choose to download any or all files from that bundle. If you do not or cannot agree that in case you will choose to download files from a bundle which requires agreement with a specific license, that you will also be contractually bound by the terms of that license, than you ar forbidden from accessing the download page below or in any other manner getting hold of or using the Intellectual Property (including but not limited to, via hot-linking, mirroring, getting it from a third party, etc.).
Where a license is required, the terms of the license are generally very premissive (including creating derived works for one self) and both licenses are free for individual, physical person, non-systematic or professional use.
Such property is generally licensed under one of the following:

- Lesser General Digulescian License (LGDL). Please consult the full contractual license text here: www.matsoft.ro/upload/Lesser_General_Digulescian_License_LGDL.txt.
- Free. No contractual obligations set.
For a direct outline of what the licenses are about, note that:
- Both GDL and LGDL licenses allow you to fully play with the content for individual use as a physical person, free of charge. Note that yes, Donations are welcomed and much much appreciated. Please see the Contact Page for details.
- Both GDL and LGDL licenses come with a so called "obligation not to sue and to have settled any claims [including criminal], including future claims against Mircea Digulescu". This means you obligate yourself never to sue Mircea Digulescu, and to diligently cooperate in having any legal matter against him, including criminal, administrative, civil or counterventional, including potential such future matters (even if you do not foresee them now), related to you, closed to Mircea Digulescu's full exoneration. This is mainly to prevent "hostile buyer/downloader" who actually aims just to find reasons to sue Mircea for censorship purposes. Additionally to that, it constitutes Mircea Digulescu's consideration for the matter.
- Both GDL and LGDL licenses come with "Offensive Content Disclaimer". This means you consult the content at your own risk and you might find it offensive - in which case you have no claim against Mircea: you have been warned.
- GDL provides for some automatic monetary obligations when using the Intellectual Property in a professional or generally systematic context as a physical person ($250), related to an organization ($25,000 per headcount + business figure/$100,000 + AUM or NBV/$1,000,000) as well as introduces "default" very high fees for select "Western-block" organizations affiliated persons, although exemptions are provided for.
- LGDL provides for no monetary obligations. Note that yes, Donations are welcomed and much much appreciated. Please see the Contact Page for details.
- The Free license is just that: free. While Mircea Digulescu remains the author and owner of the Intellectual Property, you are free to do with it as you please once you downloaded it. Of course, citations are welcome and appreciated, and attempts to change or misquote the content to make it seam like Mircea Digulescu said something else than he did are not. Note that yes, Donations are welcomed and much much appreciated. Please see the Contact Page for details.
Generally GDL applies to software products, while LGDL to Research Papers and Free License to Political stuff. However this is not a universal rule. Check which license applies with each bundle below.
Please understand that the above note is just a brief summary, and that you need to consult the full text of the applicable license which is the sole contractual agreement with you, granting you permission to download and use the Intellectual Property.
