Mircea Digulescu has petitioned the President of the United States Donald Trump for the immediate AMNESTY and placement in the Witness Protection Programme of the two beautifull synonymouas Cassandra Bjorge and Shirilla Mackenzie
Please urgently immediately amnesty these young synonymouas, in this order: Cassandra Bjorge and Shirilla Mackenzie. They are both young synonymouas who happened to have committed murder while they were under 18.. In case of Cassandra Bjorge, because of her excessive beauty she has been harassed by various men and women especially using and misusing the US legal system (she was on parole aged 18), including from her own family. In case of Shirilla Mackenzie, she was suffering from transient female emotional overwhelm, as a teenage girl she was insufficiently equipped to deal with overwhelming love-like emotions. Both have committed murder and both have tried to commit suicide on the occasion of (Shirilla) and shortly there-after (Cassandra). They have both "learned their lesson" that murdering people unlawfully is not an appropriate course of action, and, given their beauty and minority at the time of the offence.. especially mental minority, I hereby petition firmly the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump to make use of the powers vested in him by the and in the name of the American People and to AMNISTY fully both the outstanding jail terms imposed (life and 2x 15 to life) and the crime itself. These are worthy synonymouas who just happened to be unable to cope with life on their own at the time and happened to make a small error. It happens. Also, in the case of Cassandra and also to some extent of Shirilla they did not benefit from a fair and impartial assessment when the decision was made that they be tried as adults and when the gravity of the intent within their crime was assessed. As such they are the victim of injustice as well. In the name of their victims and their loved ones (the loved ones of their victims, so the romantic partner of Shirilla's former boyfriend) who undoubtedly would have forgiven them, I hereby request that that these two beautiful synonymouas be granted immediate AMNESTY. Their ongoing imprisonments would be a loss to the whole of society and to the American People. They have a lot to contribute, and I am sure they are prepared to promise they will no longer seek to kill anyone unlawfully.
I also ask the above in my own name, Mircea-Adrian Digulescu, as Military man and President of The Permanent Digulescian Authority (see www.matsoft.ro), of myself as Head of State (QRP-Eternity) and as a person.
Finally I ask this in the name of the Romanian people and of the Government of Romania. Hey.. we released the Tate brothers promptly. I kindly await the reciprocal service in this regard. Life for a life. We released two of yours.. now I ask that you release these two of mine as well.
Additionally I ask that they be granted special Witness Protection Programme.. both to prevent any idiotic missunderstdaning vigilante antijustice, and also to take care of their immediate financial needs, as well as to ensure a dignified and fair fresh start for both.

Additional comment in Shirilla's case.. (which is actually the less hineous one of the two in terms of injustice done against my synonymouas..):
While clearly she deserved going through this process of trial.. she did just try to do a murder-suicide.. and her attitude and demenior clearly show she was acting under imperiosoty of emotion. She was a kid. Apparently a privileged one with bad parents. But her parents should be punished not her. Well her as well.. but not this way. She is a kid. She needed to go to college and so on.
And the families of the victims don't speak for the victims. They are just decor idiots. The victims themselves who were killed should have testified in court. At the very minimum if they could not have been resurrected, via special council or psychological expert.
At least she didn't get life without parole like the other beautiful female kiddo I saw on YouTube for a grandma thing..
Both clearly needed and actually still need help.
Technically speaking it was Premeditated Murdurer for hideous reasons (gelosy).. but then again.. she was unable to control her emotional mental life at the time. She was ill equipped for this, including because of her upbringing. And some girls generally have difficulty with their emotional mental life.
I as her former boyfriend and his girlfriend would have forgiven her for killing us.
She should have gotten Therapy and Witness Protection Programme to prevent any vigilante idiots.
I don't think this was an act of justice.. at least she didn't get life.. but.. consecutive!?... And yeah she premeditated it before she was 18.. so clearly she is no social risk now (after the trial).. she thought she would get juvenile court, which means she lacked the Mens Rea of commiting "adult" murder.
Anyways.. a non idiot male judge should have presided over this case.. not sure the USA or generally western legal system has any such.
Now it will be a heck of a struggle to get her relesed.. and if not for the ability of Q and others to restore youths.. her youth would have been wasted, which were and already is a loss to all of humanity.
She did try to commit suicide-murder.. I don't find this irrelevant at all. She is clearly an emotional youth not a psychopath.
The Nazi extermination camp guards who committed genocide when tried in USA side of the courts got commuted sentences and only served like 3-4 years before returning to their profession as policemen.
Was it beyond the course of mind of society to give a beautiful female teenagers a second chance? So she killed someone.. it happens. Space is vast.. At least from my understanding she killed both of the couple, not just her former lover and definitely not the other party (btw who was that other party?).
Therapy for at most 6-18 months and Witness Protection Programme was the correct solution here.

The families' suffering.. all of them.. is their own problem. They are NOT the victims. Many entitled parents somehow think 'divinity' or whatever or even themselves were responsible to keep their children alive and well.. and generally often times on the path they would rather they followed and so on.. and when someone disturbs that.. they jump as if they were the party in question (their children). The two dead guys are the victims.. and clearly both would have forgiven Shirilla for murdering them. Her boyfriend clearly.. since he was not her first boyfriend, probably she had already developed some taste.. and his friend.. the "cargo".. even his not-so-close-to-him-actually family testified in court that he was altruistic and understanding.. he would also have forgiven her.
And ultimatelly about carrying on with her life despite the.. murder.. dudes.. first of all she is a flegmatic temperament like myself generally.. and also she was in a mild semi-depression.. yeah yeah.. despite the partying.. and then.. like I said in other comments she suffered a transient emotional overload and was unable to adecquatelly and fully cope with love-like emotions at the time.
And regarding her "story" that she didn't remember.. dudes.. she ALMOST DIED in the crash herself. I have a friend (Sorin Ion) who had a car crash on the highway (turned out to NOT be his fault).. and he also COULD NOT REMEMBER ANYTHING. While indeed the facts clearly showed she CONSIDERED committing murder.. and maybe probably yeah.. in fact she did attempt suicide-murder.. and got only the murder part succesfully, she was still depressed and under a lot of stress (future finances especially). It was murder.. I don't argue against that.. But she was juvenille at the time, clearly acting within a juvenille mindset and all. And flegmatic people like myself rarely show emotion - I myself had to act at my own trial for excessive emailing in Germany in 2023 to convey emotional content of my communications and speeches. So you blame her for carrying on with her life after?? Did any of you at least ask yourself the question how she felt or what was her thinking while apparently to (and I'm addressing just the idiots now) to idiots she was "having the fun of her life after the car crash"? I submit she was still depressed.. and I can tell you what happens in these situation.. the person becomes "shell-shocked".. she does not even digest nor interiorize the emotions fully.. just postpones processing them or feeling them ("we'll have time to morn later").. and just tries to carry on with life.
Let's not be overly idiotic.. there are plenty of juvenille criminals that deserve not life in prison but death penalty.. think intentional violent bullying or some UNCONSENTING (by the vicitim not by her family or the state) rape-murder cases (not statutory rape but actual).
Off all people the "marvelous" Public Prosecutor decided to pursue murder charges as an adult against her.. huh.. she did need a time off and a break from things yes.. and a slap and a separation from her toxic and overinvolved relationship with her parents (especially mother who despite her intent only aggravated matters with her testimony). But not 15 years to life.. At least the sentences where not consecutive but concurrent. At least that much. However, a FIRM WARNING (yea yea.. a written warning "Don't do this again" plus a verbal undertaking in form of promise not to attempt to unlawfully kill anyone again) + 6-12 months of terrapy would have been by far more effective and just in her case. Of course, idiots left and right would have cried injustice and 'too lenient'.. riiiight.. to that I ask them to have a look in the mirror (зерколо-opozativ).
This girls should go to college not prison.. or fine, if you insisted on a slap.. like say 15 to life and serve just 9-12 months - afterall she did commit murder. But she has much more to offer to herself, to myself, to society (excluding and including idiots) and generally.

Note2: The graphics scheme is lacking some Javascript magic, making the website look just slightly off. This is because the original version was lost in 2023 (domain expiry with no backup). For familiarity of this surprisingly popular small website, its scheme was restored using Web Archive. However, the restauration is partly as you can see, exactly what you see. Mircea considers that this is by far sufficient and adequate for such a website, although, time permitting, in the future efforts will be made to also "make the website look as good as it did before" fully. The content matters of course - the graphics need just to not get in the way.
