Mircea Digulescu does harbor an interests on matters of Law as well as State and Global Governance.
Note also that publications on matters of Law generally take place in a politically charged context, part of the Better World Project. So make sure to check out there too.
Nevertheless, some general aspects and proposals (such as a Digulescian Libertarian State Constitution, Digulescian Criminal Code and the like) will also be linked from here.
Given Mircea Digulescu's political activity and his interest in societal design and enactement, as well as his status as a politically persecuted (within the Western-block) person, he regards himself as having rather comprehensive knowledge of matters of Law, both Criminal and Civil Law, mostly declarative Law (ie. the contents of Laws and Treaties), especially Constitutional and International Law. Additionally he can provide advice and has some experience about how matters of law are treated practically in Court and at various levels of society. He also has experience in pleading in court. During a self-administered bench test for judges, based on Romanian law, he scored without any prior preparations 47 on Criminal Law and 44 on Civil Law (passing score was 60) - not maximum because some aspects of law tested are not generally of primary concern to Mircea.
On matters of Law, it may be interesting to the reader to also review the page of the Permanent Digulescian Authority and its Constitutional Charter documents, although not a matter of social or state Law.
