In bringing the products and services presented on this page to the market and the World, Mircea Digulescu proposes using a number of startups. Each startup is tasked with a specific aspect, as detailed below.

S-Company
The S-Company is responsabile for maintaining the SKREM Suite and related SKREM-line products (including those for media and online services) from a technical perspective, bringing them to the global market and world, monetizing them and also supplying them to other group companies like R-Company.
The SKREM-line products are a collection of products to enable unbreakable security attainable on both dedicated but also on commodity hardware under most scenarios (when precautions are followed). Unbreakable means unbreakable - no one, not even S-Company, the CIA, Mossad, 5 Eyes taken together can ever snoop, not if the life of Rothschild's youngest child depended on it.

K-Company
The K-Company is responsible for maintaing the K-Chain, a SKREM-based blockchain meant to withstand quantum/photonic computing into the far future. Also, it will "reset" to a good degree the over-accumulation of capital endemic to the BTC block-chain. It will initially function on top of it.
The block chain and related software will be free and open source of course, however maintaing them, the comunity, marketing and other tasks will fall upon K-Company. This company will either be a cost center or live by donations.
Part of K-Company might, in the future, develop the SKREM Marketplace - a fully descentralized DeFi manner for economic actors to syncronize (and thus finance) their activity without the need to resort to banks and bank credit.

R-Company
The R-Company is responsible for operating the SKREM WebCloud product suite. This product suite aims to bring services somewhat like Cloud Storage, Telegram, Email and News to the online enviornment. They are of course aimed at being 100% secure, relying on security of SKREM-like ciphers AND be censorship/manipulation free.
There is a lot of value in this company. In the future it will probably evolve to include more "social network" features, on top of the privacy-first core.
Also R-Company will be tasked with projects like delivering media content behind enemy lines, ensuring communications within warzones (only for friendly forces) and so on.

Mat Soft
Under the Mat Soft umbrella, products and projects related to MAT Solver Suite, other Computer Science Research Project (including financed by state and non-state grants), as well as services pertaining to Intelligence and Strategy Consultancy, Business Consultancy and Research Development in Computer Science.
Sometimes MatSoft can be called E-Company.

M-Company
M-Company is a holding company to control all the other startups, as well as invest, partner with, act on the wider market so as to further the interests of its shareholders. This will be somewhat similar to Trump organization, inthat it will leverage business and commercial assets (the other startups in this case, but not only), combining them with public and business strategy so as to create value for its stakeholders. This means M-Company will also maintain capabilites in such as housing, travel, hospitality, sex industry, media, finance and others.
In the future, financial investment company will probably be set up and fully owned by M-Company. When this does, the new finance company will be called F-Company.

F-Company
F-Company is basically a kind of hedge and investment fund, aimed at (1) ensuring adequatelly free upstream and downstream market access for M-Company portfolio companies and (2) create financial value and goodwill capital by investing in other businesses, including outside the M-Company group.

Credentials
Mircea Digulescu's entire life and activity serve as credentials to his entreprenorial mindset and competence.

Just for reference, so far, Mircea has, in the past, founded and operated his MAT SOFT TECHNOLOGY startup (2009-2014) and has set up and operated individual entrepreneurships in Romania, Armenia and Russia.

Politics Note
While of course the very nature of the products and services bought to the market by the aforementioned startups has military-technical and thus obviously political implications, the operation and "ethos" of these companies is meant to not be politically charged. They deliver weapons. Software weapons mainly, but also intelligence, analysis and strategy. How people choose to use these weapons is beyond the scope of concern for these startups.
The only politically charged aspects related to these companies (at least so long as controlled by Mircea Digulescu) are:
- Customer Selection. Except for Individual-Use licenses (which are free and available), engagement with larger entites and companies will have to be in the political interest of Mircea Digulescu and the M-Company stakeholders.
- Payment Terms. Some products will allow payment terms which are non-monetary but instead pertain to political objectives. For example, free license for SKREM-Suite can be made "hassle free" (no "donate now" popups) by sharing articles and news promoted by Mircea Digulescu.
Other than the above, all the startups herein mentioned are envisioned to be of business-comercial nature, acting as such.
For the societal and political aspect of Mircea Digulescu's activity, that will be relegated in the context of the Better World Project.

While of course, there is some level of interdependece between all of Mircea Digulescu's projects, it is nevertheless expected that the startups which will support the political side of the activity mostly (as "cash cows" mainly), not the other way around (although reverse flow sometimes happens, especially in terms of goodwill).
