This constitutes a legal agreement - contract and committment - between you, an individual physical person, as well as, where applicable, as a duly authorized representative of your organization(s) and Mircea-Adrian Digulescu, a physical person of male sex, born on 17 May 1985 in Timisoara, Socialist Republic of Romania. This constitutes a legally binding full legal contract and superseeds any prior agreements.

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN ANY WAY. BY DOWNLOADING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE INTELECTUAL PROPERTY YOU ARE AGREEING TO RESPECT THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT. IF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE DO NOT WORK FOR YOU, YOU MAY CONTACT MIRCEA DIGULESCU AT mircea.digulescu@mail.ru TO REQUEST DIFFERENT TERMS.

In exchange for your agreement to be legally bound by and observe the terms of this agreement, Mircea-Adrian Digulescu grants you a world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive, limited personal license to the intelectual property works to which this license applies and also grants you permission to use the IT systems on which the intelectual property is hosted, for the purposes of downloading it (permission to click on links).

If you do not agree to any of the terms of this license, Mircea Digulescu explicitly forbids you from both accessing the Intelectual Property of his in any way, and from using the originating IT systems which he owns or controls to download it.

You agree, certify, affirm and undertake that you meet meet all of the following qualification conditions:
1. You are fully competent to enter into this legal agreement, agree to it and will follow its terms precisely.
2. You will not use any of the intelectual property licensed to break the law, nor in any manner which creates legal risk for Mircea-Adrian Digulescu.
3. You are acting on your own behalf, as a individual physical person, for your own private interest and not related to any organization of any kind, including commercial, public or informal, nor related to any professional or economic activity producing a material gain for yourself or others or you meet the condition 4 or 5 below.
4. You either meet the condition 3 above or 5 below, or you are acting on your own behalf, as a individual physical person, for your own private interest and not related to any organization of any kind, including commercial, public or informal and you plan to use the intelectual property or any data or knowledge derived from it for your own benefit, however in a professional, economic, media, political or systematic context.
5. You either meet the condition 3 or 4 above or you are acting on behalf of an organization of any kind, including commercial, public or informal, however none of those listed in the "unaffiliated person" criteria A-K in the Big Price for Categories of Individuals. In this case both you as a person and your organization(s) must agree to the terms of this contract.

The licensed intellectual property is the that which is either (1) provided as a single file or in a .zip archive together with this license or (2) made available online as a bundle on a webpage operated or owned by Mircea Digulescu, which specified explicitly that this agreement contract is required for downloading or accessing it. The present contract / license applies individually to each online bundle of intellectual property which is covered by it. An online bundle consists of the files which are refered to the website text with the note mentioning that any and all such files are made available (eg. via download) as an online bundle, in exchange for accepting this license. For exemplification, Mircea-Adrian Digulescu's first 2 peer-reviewed published papers in Cryptology are made available as an online bundle, however none of the products of SKREM-Suite are part of that bundle.

Consideration for Mircea Digulescu: obligation not to sue and to dilligently close any judicial proceedings against him. You agree, undertake and will factually never file lawsuit for any matter against Mircea-Adrian Digulescu, be it criminal, civil, administrative, commercial or contractual, including for matters unrelated to the Intellectual Property or this contract. Additionally you agree, undertake and factually agree that the license granted under the present agreement constitutes a just and adequate settlement for any criminal, civil, administrative, commercial or contractual matter to which you are, or any jursidiction regards you as a victim or for which your consent or complaint is required to proceed with legal action or to close it, and that in any such cases the present contract constitutes an "out of court" settlement which extinguished in its entirety all claims including criminal and also constitutes a decision not to file, or respectively a decision to withdraw any criminal complaint. Additionally you agree, undertake and factually agree that in the eventuality of any such legal action taken against Mircea-Adrian Digulescu, to immediatelly and without additional consideration and unconditionally, exercise your legal rights to the effect that no criminal complaint nor any petition to court exists anymore from your behalf or including you allowing a proceeding of any kind, including criminal, civil, administrative, commercial or contractual against Mircea Digulescu. This includes actively withdrawing any complaint and petitioning the proper judicial bodies as to the "settlement between parties", "withdrawal of complaint" or other such when such action are required or useful to end such potential proceedings against Mircea-Adrian Digulescu, related to you. You agree that the license to the Intelectual Property granted by this contract is sufficient and adequate consideration for you to undertake this obligation and that it constitutes full, sufficient and adequate compensation for any and all claims, both criminal, civil, administrative, commercial or contractual, arising from actions or inaction of Mircea-Adrian Digulescu related to you, including past, present and also future actions (including actions which you may not currently forsee). This obligation is additional to any monetary amount due, regardless if payed or not, as per the current license. In case you are acting on behalf of an organisation of any kind, than you agree, affirm and undertake that you (1) are authorized to conclude this legally binding agreement on behalf of the organisation and (2) the organisation itself in its entirety as a juridical person will be bound by the terms of this contract.

Big Price for Categories of Individuals. In the situation you do not fully meet the following additional "unaffiliated person" conditions below, you are NOT allowed to download or access the Intellectual Property in any way, even if you have or there is a court order, except if you are acting in the explicit and obvious legal or otherwise general interest of Mircea Digulescu. For the avoidance of doubt, you are not allow to download or access the Intellectual Property nor to receive it from a third party if this can lead to prosecution, conviction, internment or any measure to Mircea Digulescu.
A. You are not part of security services which have a 2-6 letter accronym within the USA, UK, EU, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Israel (eg. Secret Service, NSA, CIA, FBI, Mossad) or Canada nor anywhere else in the world, except Russia, Venezuela, Belarus, People's Republic of China (except Taiwan), Iran, Syria, Uganda or North Korea, not even if acting with a court order or authorization.
B. You are not part of any law enforcement agency anywhere in the world, except Russia, Venezuela, Belarus, People's Republic of China (except Taiwan), Iran, Syria or North Korea, nor of any of its contractors, nor of any organization or person which acts or can act within the exercise of state or public authority outside these countries, not even if acting with a court order or authorization.
C. You are not part of any government, military, legislative, prosecutorial nor judicial body, anywhere in the world, except Russia, Venezuela, Belarus, People's Republic of China (except Taiwan), Iran, Syria or North Korea, nor of any subordinate organs, agencies, institutions, partly or fully owned subsidiaries not even if acting with a court order or authorization, unless you are acting in the interest of Mircea Digulescu or of his policies or if it is generally in his interest that you are granted this license nevertheless. 
D. You are not part (including shareholder, employee or contractor, even if indirect) of any publicly listed company which is listed on any market within either of the USA, UK, EU, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Canada or Israel, except when you earn strictly less than 5000 USD gross per month from such an engagement, if you are a dissident, libertarian, Russian or Chinese sympathizer.
E. You are not part (including founder, employee or contractor, even if indirect) of any company which is financed in whole or part via private venture capital of at least 1 million USD or equivalent, originating from a resident person or organization anywhere in the world except Russia, Venezuela, Belarus, People's Republic of China (except Taiwan), Iran, Syria or North Korea, except when you earn strictly less than 5000 USD gross per month from such an engagement or if you are a dissident, libertarian, Russian or Chinese sympathizer.
F. You are not part (including employee or contractor, even if indirect) of any corporation which has headquarters or residence anywhere in the world, except Russia, Venezuela, Belarus, People's Republic of China (except Taiwan), Iran, Syria or North Korea, nor of any company or organization which is in whole or part, even if in small part, owned by either such a corporation or by the beneficial owners thereof, or by any Trust Fund or the beneficial owners thereof which are residents or have headquarters anywhere in the world, except Russia, Venezuela, Belarus, People's Republic of China (except Taiwan), Iran, Syria or North Korea, except when you earn strictly less than 5000 USD gross per month from such an engagement or if you are a dissident, libertarian, Russian or Chinese sympathizer.
G. You have not been initiated as freemason in any lodge which is in amity with the UGLA (USA), UGLS (Scotland) or UGLE (England), except if you are a dissident, libertarian, Russian or Chinese sympathizer.
H. You are not a member of any the following families, nor a relative to such a member (up to the 3rd degree) nor an affin thereof (up to the 3rd degree): any Western family being a part of the self proclaimed 'society of the elect', the related 'association of helpers', the 'pillgrim's group', [Jacob] Rothschild, Rockeffeller, Murdoch, Soros, Rhodes, [Bill] Gates, Clinton, Bush, [Henry] Ford, Hearst, Zuckerberg, [Andrew] Carnagie, Morgan, Bezos, unless you are an attractive female under the age of 22 or if you are a dissident, libertarian, Russian or Chinese sympathizer.
I. You do not hold a title of nobility in any of the following countries: UK, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Sweeden, Norway, Monaco nor are you a relative to (up to the 3rd degree) nor an affin thereof (up to the 3rd degree) to any such person, unless you are an attractive female under the age of 22 or if you are a dissident, libertarian, Russian or Chinese sympathizer.
J. You do not own more than 1 million USD in investible assets wordwide or you are a dissident, libertarian, Russian or Chinese sympathizer.
K. You will not make available intellectual property nor any data, information or knowledge derived as a result of its availability to you to any ineligible physical person, organization or entity of any kind, including states, non state actors and informal ones or those not recognized by law. The simplest way to ensure this obligation is met, is to direct any such friend or 3rd party to agree to this license online the same way you likely did.

Mircea Digulescu also has discretion to waive any debts or rights pertaining to above paragraph, as he sees fit, including to the loss of any creditors he may have at the time.

License Terms. Under this open-source license, you are allowed to download, consult, use and where applicable install, execute (eg. software products) all the intelectual property licensed under the present agreement, with no additional restrictions, provided you comply with the following:
 - If you choose to redistribute the intellectual property you must do it as is, in its present form and you must ensure that whomever you distribute it to agrees to and factually becomes legally bound to respect the terms of the present license, and also that such a physical person meets the eligibility conditions. You undertake not to redistribute in any other circumstance. Note that if you received the intelectual property in any other way other than after agreeing and being legally bound by the terms of this license, you are not authorized to use it.
 - You are allowed to create derived works (including code changes and fixes, benchmarks, reverse engineering, etc.) so long as you use such works for you own individual phsyical person private use or in case due payments have been made for that of your organisation and do NOT share them with any third party - not even a friend. If you want to create dervied works for the general public / commercial use / someone else, you can (i) get written permission from Mircea Digulescu, (ii) ask to contribute to a new version of the Intelectual Property including your ideas this way; (iii) buy a relevant license agreement to support the scenario at which you are aiming. In principle, all good-faith initiatives which do not aim at or result in weakening security of SKREM Suite will be supported full-heartedly. This aims to protect some modest revenue stream which is expected for the creation and publication of the Intelectual Property by Mircea Digulescu, thus supporting his lifestyle and costs, as well as financing other activities.

The Future is even better. Anyone who has legally acquired the Intelectual Property under this license, any and all obligations on his or her side and all restrictions are waived as of January 1st, 2050, which is approximately 25 years into the future from 2024.

Content Warning. You expressily acknowledge and agree that the licensed Intelectual Property may contain content which can be offensive to you or otherwise produce emotional or other factual effects to you, upon its consulation or use, which may be undesirable to you, and that you agree to fully take the entire risk of any adverse consequences to you resulting from the content of the Intelectual Property, releasing Mircea-Adrian Digulescu from any responsibility and any obligation, including resulting from legal provision of any kind, for this.

Disclaimer of Warranty. You expressily acknowledge and agree that use of the Intelectual Property is at your sole risk. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this License.  If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this License or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the License shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect. Furthermore, in the situation that any right or benefit constituting consideration for Mircea Digulescu (such as you never suing him, nor filing any civil, criminal or administrative complain, and obligation to withdraw and close such processes) is factually not attained because of your actions or inactions, or due to such a court ruling, you - in solidarity with your organization - agree to immediately, as of the date of download, owe Mircea Digulescu 1 million USD times the number of persons in the respective organization, for this license and that you will pay in full within 15 days in the form of a cryptocurrency transfer to the following Bitcoin (BTC) address bc1qtgt8ctz3ffd95dwxux3wed6nlq3r5mhhzg98zp the owned amount at the then-average market rate, not withstanding any additional obligations and without this constituting a waiver nor settlement of any rights or benefits to Mircea Digulescu.

No Other License.  No rights or licenses are granted by the author under this License, expressly or by implication, with respect to any proprietary information or patent, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property right owned or controlled by the author, except as expressly provided in this License.

Complete Agreement.  This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software and the related documentation, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
